My areas of expertise include community mobilization, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, project implementation, office management, report writing and strengthening coordination between govt. and non govt. organizations. As Regional Program Coordinator in SRSP Regional Office Chitral and Mansehra Region I have acquired significant and progressive experience of 12 years in management and monitoring and evaluation besides the additional experiences of 13 years in rural development which I gained working with Chitral Area Development Project (CADP) financed by ADB and IFAD, Aga Khan Rural support Program (AKRSP) and IUCN. A total of more than 25 years of my association with the reputed international NGOs based at Chitral and Peshawar to uplift the economic and social conditions of the poverty stricken people enhanced my ability to cope with many diverse responsibilities and provided me with various skills. In the course of my career at Chitral I have successfully implemented several types of infrastructure development works including installation of Micro Hydro Power Stations, supply of Potable drinking water, construction of irrigation channels, construction of suspension bridges, construction of access roads on the basis of participatory development approach. During my affiliation with the apex development organizations I rendered incredible services which include organizing capacity building programs, livestock extension services, income generating activities to empower the marginalized women folk and establishing community based schools on matching grant basis in various localities of Chitral.

Project Manager
• Established 200 Schools for TDP children in Bannu and Karak Districts and distributed school supplies provided by UNICEF among the students. Hired para teachers in these Schools and organized training sessions for both para teachers and Government Teacher. Conducted meetings with community elders, religious leaders, and youth groups living within the given time frame and budget.
• Established Coordination with Provincial Disaster Management, District Disaster Management Offices and developed linkages with District Education department, commercial development institutions, Police department, military, OCHA, UNICEF Provincial offices and community organizations.
• Played a key role in expanding enrollment of TDP Children in Government Schools through personal commitment and collaboration with the Education Department, UNICEF, Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Military, and District Administration.
• Delivered quality eye care services to children of TDPs disturbed and affected by war and bombardment in Waziristan by the experienced ophthalmologists hired for the purposes in ethical and humanistic fashion.
• Delivered fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to UNICEF, provincial Disaster Management, Military and other relevant Offices.
• Developed different authentic and realistic reports for different development organizations highlighting the issues in the context of local culture, innovative development paradigm and participatory development approach being implemented to empower the deprived people and marginalized women folk of the area.
